Ram Card Office

The SSI Service Center and Ram Card Office is located on the ground level of Sykes Union, across from the WCU Campus Store. The SSI Service Center sells tickets to many on-campus and off-campus events at West Chester University. Tickets can also be purchased by visiting their website, wcupatix.com. The Service Center also sells SEPTA keycards for a rate of $4.95 per card, with a $5.05 minimum to load onto the card. There is a $1 Septa Processing fee, and a $2 fee for those paying with a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The Service Center sells Septa cards at face value, and discounts can be applied by visiting Septa’s website after purchase for a reimbursement.
