Student Services Inc | West Chester University

Student Services Inc. of West Chester University is a non-profit organization primarily designed to serve WCU students. The objective of SSI is to initiate, regulate and operate the financial matters of all co-curricular student and campus activities. Such activities include the management of the campus bookstore, student publications, student clubs/organizations, student programming, intra-collegiate athletics, and the Graduate Student Association (GSA).


CLUBS
There are over 200 clubs and organizations that SSI funds and manages. Clubs and organizations on campus are what keeps the students involved which enhances themselves as well as the betterment of the campus community. This is what makes the college experience so valuable.

Funding
Student Services Incorporated oversees the financial functions of the organizations that are student run dealing with the treasurer and president of each organization. We take pride in helping organizations thrive on campus for the betterment of the university.

The purpose of Student Government Association (SGA) is to provide a representative, unified, and responsible government; to promote the welfare of all students; to enrich student education with practical experience in self-government; and to ensure the rights and privileges for all.

Student Activities at West Chester University encompass a wide range of cultural, social, educational, and recreational programs for a diverse student population. Student Activities plans current movies, concerts, trips, cultural entertainment, special events, and WCU traditions such as Homecoming and Banana Day.
